Dec 20th

Mom made me some dim sum for breakfast
had 1 wonton, 2 ha gow, 3 chui juw fun go

Lunch: wontons, veggies and soup.
1 apple, one little jar of apple sauce.

I feel pretty sick today. I realized why i've been feeling sick lately. B/c of the power outages, i realized today... (3 or 4 days later) that my air purifier was turned off. Now I feel soooo shitty. I turned it back on.

Dec 19th

So today couldn't bring myself to do that dance video again so I guess i'll be doing push up and sit ups tonight. But I ate pretty well I think.

For lunch...hmm.. I ate wontons with veggies.
Then I went to work, in the car I had some nuts and a package of sesame snaps b/c i was hungry and then I picked up an americano misto with vanilla.

When I got home I had soup with tofu, and pork for dinner, + an apple, b/c those fuji apples are sooo good. Right now I'm having some tea b/c I feel sick. Throat and nose not feeling well again.

Dec 18th

I had 8 soy chicken nuggets today for brunch, with honey mustard and after I came home I had 8 dumplings with soy sauce, an apple and a carrot.

I also bought some dance excercise video today so I will try that out today.

On another note: I bought a sharkhead neon goby :) a skunk cleaner shrimp and another SEXY! shrimp. They look good! Plans now only for a refugium, and if I dare a red star fish and another small goby, maybe a firefish, or the iddy biddy yellow one.

sunday, Dec 17th

Ok, so I can't stick to the no carb thing, but I will try to stick to 5 days of excercise at least, and if i'm eating carbs, I dont' eat a crazy amount. I'm chinese, we eat carbs in the form of noodles, dumplings, rice and so much more. I need to retain my culture! Pathetic excuse I know.

Anyway, today, I did no excercise as I worked and then came home took a nap, got ready for a party, then after the party went to the chiense wedding where i ate. I tried to eat mostly veggies at least. It was a cuban/chinese wedding and it was really cool b/c there was a live spanish band and everything. Makes me want to take salsa lessons.

Neway..before I sleep I will once again do 20 push ups and 60 sit ups. That will be my default if i do nothing at all.

Dec 16th: Must get fit for wedding in six months.

Ok, today was the day we went dress fitting for Esther's wedding, and it was big time reality. I need to get fit in 3 months so I can look decent in the dress b/c it may be chamapagne color.

I will start with what I have done since thursday

Dec 14th: Yoga for backpain
Dec 15th: wii - boxing/ tennis. I consider this excercise b/c I pulled something and it was more cardio than goign to the gym
Dec 16th: 20 push ups, 60 sit ups (30 crunches, 30 side abs)

Food for Dec 16th:
Breakfast: mac and cheese
snack: americano misto with vanilla
Lunch: lamb soulvaki with rice and tzaziki and 1/4 of the potato
snack: aloe juice
Dinner: fish taco home made weightwatchers style and a papaya.

Must do better!

** addition: I thought about it, I need to loose weight fast. I will allow myself carbs, but only whole wheat, whole grain carbs. No white rice or white noodles until I get down to 140. I hope this works!!!
